Step 1: Learn about licensing options for enterprise businesses
Are you planning on installing the Library on more than one instance of your Learning Management system? If you run one LMS, then all you need is one Library License. Each additional LMS requires a Supplemental Library License.  The number of annual users and courses used is not an issue. Remember there is no additional cost if you use this library for one year or forever.

Step 2: Decide if you want to have access to the source code
Many of our clients would like to modify and create additional courses. Some organizations find great value reusing the templates and learning objects contained in our Special Editions. Either way we are supportive of allowing you to gain maximum benefit from our hard work. Our Special Edition Licensing allows you to have access to all of the un-compiled course assets including .swf, .fla, audio, image, scripts and flash-based templates. If our Ultimate Edition is more than you need, then consider our Business Edition or even the Developers Edition to buy only what you need - no more and no less.

Step 3: Learn about the GCP Library Assurance Program
