The first step in the deployment process is to
assess your business needs so that you can define the project scope
and objectives. Next, decide how best to use our
Multimedia
Curriculum Libraries and Editions to
meet those needs. Then, assess your current LMS and desktop
configurations, determine whether you need to upgrade your hardware
(for instance, do users have sound cards?) or software (are your users using a
current web browser?), and choose the tools for your deployment.
Having made these decisions, you are ready to plan your deployment.
An effective plan typically includes the following:
- All the details for uploading the latest
courses into your LMS.
- An assessment of your current configuration
(including information about your users' hardware and software
needs).
- Test and pilot schedule.
- A rollout schedule.
- Create a test environment in which you can
deploy our test course by using the features and options in your
plan. Have your test environment mirror, as closely as possible,
your users' network, including hardware, network architecture,
and browser application.
- When you are satisfied with the results in
your test environment, roll out your deployment to a specific
group of users to test the results in a controlled production
environment (a pilot).
- Finally, roll out the entire course library to
your entire organization.
What really matters...
The programmers at GCP have subjected our
Multimedia
Curriculum Libraries to some of the harshest testing protocols in the industry
for the last 2 years: we have had thousands users provide feedback,
and we have installed our Courses on 27 (and counting) of the
industry's best Learning Management Systems. Report after
report has confirmed the rock solid performance of our v4.0 content
delivery code.
We have kept the technical
evaluation easy.
We like "simple" and our clients love "easy". What
better way to validate that our courses will function as promised
than to install a no risk System Evaluation Course on your actual LMS system? On the server side it provides a very compact,
easy, and quick testing solution to verify that all of the
AICC/SCORM communication protocols are functioning as they should.
On the end user computer it will rapidly determine if there are any
issues related to hardware or software functionality.
If you have been given a user
name and password you may download the System Evaluation
Course by clicking on the

If you would like us to contact your IT Department
about specific technical specifications, the 100% safety of our
System Evaluation Course, or if they would just like our help with
the installation, please let us know and we would be happy to
contact them directly.
