Simple Licensing Terms...

The steady upgrades to our content and technology do not stop with graphic artists and programmers. We investigated many of the leading software licensing programs and brought in intellectual property attorneys to perfect a model that is setting the standard for the e-learning industry. What we found was that all of the other vendor benchmarks we investigated are stuck in the past. So as with our other innovations we started from the ground up - keeping it simple to understand, easy to implement, and providing a framework that will guarantee you a quick Return on Investment.

• Our Content License provides for unlimited number of users and allows for unlimited course usage (No need to provide reports to us EVER.).
• You may install the Library on a single LMS at any one time. If you upgrade or change your LMS you may reinstall our Library on your new system at no charge.
• You can make unlimited copies of the courses for internal use.
• Each of our Special Editions Licenses is a perpetual use license with just one fee.  There is no annual cost!

Options:

• You can get multiple usage licenses if you have more then one LMS.
• You can have the source code so you can make modifications, derivative works, and customizations at your pace.
• You can use your internal staff or contractors to modify the courses, or we would be happy to connect you with a company that has passed our rigorous Certified Vendor Program requirements.
• You can sign up for our ongoing Library Assurance Program that will allow you to have complete access to content and technology updates.
• You will become eligible for our other course subjects as they become available for the same price you paid for the first one.

License Restrictions:

• Our Multimedia Curriculum Libraries are intended for internal use only and cannot be duplicated and resold to third parties.
